The effects used on Photoshop..

Before I begin making the digi pack I have taken a photo of Charlotte and experimented with different effects on Photoshop to see which effects look good and to see if I will actually use any of them on my digi pack.

For this image to the left hand side, I went on to Photoshop and I imported the image in. I wanted the photo to have a old look about it, so I thought that using the photo effect sepia would work really well so I went into image and then on to image effects and clicked on sepia. However the effect didn't really stand out so I changed the opacity of the sepia effect and I think that it gave the photo a better look because sepia normally just changes the picture to a light yellow colour where as my image looks dingy and dull like sepia but with lighter and darker parts which I believe makes the image look quite old. So for this effect I think I got what I wanted but I am not sure that it will look on my album digi pack as I want my digi pack to be quite colourful seeing as the album is called 'Lights'.
