Love the music choice :) The lip sync was very good, and the fading effects were good. I like the part where the lyrics are written on paper, and the cross fades work really well too.
The splitscreens that you have used in your video make for good effect, especially seeing as they all seem to run at a fairly slow pace. The cross fades you have used fit in with the tone of the video fairly well, however I feel you could have used a few more locations or angles to give the video a bit more impact.
I like the fading that you have used throughout the video, and the different angles that you have used. I do feel that some of the clips are a bit too long and they could be shortened. I like where you got the singer to hold up the lyrics to the song, this was different and i feel that it worked well.
I like all the fading from shot to shot, the overlapping is really effective and goes with the pace of the song. The use of cards with the lyrics on, was a strong point, it reaches out to the audience and involves them. The split screens and effects you have used work well.

The effect where you can see two pictures at once also works well. An improvement that I felt would have helped your videos pace was to shorten some of the clips. Overall very good though.
